How to appeal a decision
If a moderator action looks wrong, you can ask for a second review.
Updated 29 Oct 2026
If a post of yours was hidden, or you received a warning or restriction you think is wrong, you can appeal.
To appeal
- Open the affected post or the notice you received.
- Use Appeal and explain, in your own words, why the decision should change.
Tips for a good appeal
- Be specific about what you think was misunderstood.
- Stay polite. Appeals are read by a person.
- One appeal per decision is enough.
After you appeal
A team member reviews it and the result is sent to you as a notification. A post is restored if the appeal is accepted.
