9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided “as is” without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that using them will lead to any particular exam result, marks, rank, admission, or employment outcome.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BtoE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
